DigiWest® analysis

DigiWest® is an innovative technique allows the application of the Western Blot technique, gold-standard for semi-quantitative protein detection, to high throughput analyses, allowing you to characterize pathway alterations in your cells of interest, after treatment. DigiWest® makes possible the determination of the level of expression and phosphorylation of up to 600 proteins starting from the same sample amount used for a single Western Blot (<50µg). DigiWest® is exclusively available through our partner NMI-TT.

Reverse Phase Protein Arrays

Reverse Phase Protein Arrays (RPPAs) are planar arrays of printed cell and tissue lysates.
